Who are Worldchoice?

Worldchoice UK Limited is one of the leading travel agents’ consortia. Today we have over 400 travel agency members, making us one of the largest High Street travel groups in the UK.

We consider our independence to be our strongest asset and we protect it passionately. Our combined strength gives us the negotiating power to command the best possible products and prices on the High Street.

Worldchoice adhere to the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and respect the importance of your privacy. We aim to maintain consistently high levels of best practice in our storage and disclosure of the information you have given to us.

How and why do Worldchoice collect information?
Worldchoice is in business to help our 400 independent members around the UK promote their travel agency services. All of our members are local businesses that offer a refreshing alternative to the High Street giants.

If you respond to one of our promotional campaigns, subscribe to an e-newsletter or enter one of our competitions, we would like to take the opportunity to keep you up to date with information about the services and products we offer. Of course we need to store, process and use some personal information in order to communicate with you. In order to enable Worldchoice to provide you with a personalised browsing experience, this site may use 'cookie' information collection technology.

In order to protect your privacy, Worldchoice is registered in accordance with and seeks to comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Worldchoice follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information so as to prevent unauthorised access by third parties.

How will Worldchoice use my information?
We undertake to securely store your contact details and not to pass them to any third parties for marketing purposes. We may share them with Worldchoice UK Ltd subsidiaries or  our travel agency members so that they can contact you about brochures, holidays or information you have requested.

We don’t want to send you information needlessly, so when you first respond, we always ask for your consent (and give you a prominent opportunity to opt in/out.) That way we only use information that you have provided voluntarily.

If at any time you change you mind, or think we have misunderstood you instructions, whenever we contact you by email, we will give you the option of opting out of any future communications.
